The Brixham Arts and Theatre Society (BATS) was
formed in 2008 by a group of like minded individuals
who were concerned that Brixham Theatre and the
Scala Hall were under-used and as such were
falling into disrepair.
The aim of the group is to encourage more local
community groups to make use of the facilities,
and to create a central arts, theatre and community
hub for the town.
